From the national table tennis team to fitness on three continents
The founders of Fitco Group have worked in the fitness industry for 20 years, after starting as professional table tennis players in the Bulgarian National Team.
Villy — international leadership
Former fitness director for international chains in Europe, the Middle East and the United States. Her people skills built long-term relationships based on trust, and sport is in her blood — so building profitable businesses and inspiring teams comes naturally.
Petya — core values
Started as a group trainer, became a personal trainer and group training manager, then opened her own gym to help clients live healthier, more functional lives. Combining skills, discipline and values, Fitco was born.
The story
The question that started it all
Working inside the industry and seeing what makes clubs succeed made us ask: what if we offered fitness in a completely new way? What if we created education programmes for adults and children?
